Prices
When you book a trip with
us, you're booking yourself into our care. We look after you from start
to finish and provide all you need to keep yourself comfortable, relaxed
and having fun. Below is a list of all that we include in the holiday
cost.
All airport transfers in Brazil, all accommodation during your trip,
breakfast each morning, water each day, all travel costs including 4x4
hire and fuel costs, use of kite equipment and 10 hours kite surf
tuition (10 day Brazilian kite explorer only), minimum of one barbeque
during your trip, entrance into Beach Park and farewell dinner (10 day
Brazilian kite explorer only).
We do recommend that you allow at least 20 Euros per day for evening
meals and other purchases etc.
Flights
If you do book your own flights it is cheaper if you fly to Rio or Salvador first and then onto Fortaleza, however this will obviously take a little longer.
If you want to book your own flights then please notify us as soon as
possible which are you arrival and departure times and dates. If you
would rather us book them for you then we will do that happily, we will
just need some information from you which we will request once we
recieve your holiday deposit. We fly with T.A.P. Portugal. We have found
that booking flights for our clients makes things a little easier as we
can put the whole group on the same plane ensuring that things run a
little smoother. But's its really no problem either way.
Deposit
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30% on making your reservation with us, this is 30% of the trip cost only and does not apply to flights. Once your deposit is received you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation and an invoice for the balance of your holiday payment
Beginner
Brazilian kite explorer (groups of 8 persons)
10 day trip - €1350 plus flight.
Do you want to try kite surfing? Do you like white sandy beaches? Blue
skies and palm trees? Does the idea of driving the coast of Brazil in a
4x4 visiting beautiful lagoons, drinking cocktails and meeting other
cool people like yourself appeal to you? If so then read on...
We are offering a spectacular coastal adventure where we can guarantee
all these experiences and lots more! It's a 10 day fun packed sun
fuelled exploration of the waves, beaches and towns of Ceara, the
north-eastern state of Brazil. You will receive 8-10 hours of
kite surfing tuition from one of our experienced, qualified instructors,
usually enough to have you standing and riding! Enjoy beach fires at
night, sample local cuisine, play beach volleyball or soccer, go horse
riding, sand boarding, take a buggy trip in the dunes, visit Fortaleza's
water park or party in it's many bars and clubs and lounge in a hammock
watching the sunset with a Caipirinha (the famous Brazilian cocktail).
This trip is perfect for those who want all the fun without any of the
hassle. We collect you from the airport as soon as you arrive and from
then on you're in our safe hands. We organize everything you'll need
such as accommodation, equipment, travel and any advice you may need.
Breakfast will be included with the package but we have found it more
suitable to leave other eating arrangements to our guests as there are
so many different dietary requirements. Although we do put on a barbeque
sometimes and we make sure everyone gets what they like.
Experienced
We offer 3 and 5 day kite safaris to experienced kiters. All of these trips run from Cumbuco.
3 Day and 5 day trips - (minimum 4 persons)
Prices: 3 day kite safari: €405, 5 day kite safari: €675.
Flexiaras and Lagoinha
Flexiaras is a couple of hours drive from cumbuco, the beaches here are awesome and the kiting is great as we are usually the only ones here with some really nice downwinders 2 or 5 k depending on the sea level. We spend each night at a comfortable pousada on the beach with a pool and top restaurant. Lagoinha(a secluded picturesque lagoon) is really close by and on the second day we drive there for a days kiting. We have a beach fire, barbeques with lobster and shrimp and drink some Caipirinha! On the 3rd morning we spent some more time in the waves then drive back to Cumbuco in the late afternoon.
Jericoacoara
The drive to Jeri takes a few hours and will take you
along the coastline passing the towns, villages and daily life of the
local Brazilians. It's a spectacular drive and well worth the distance
to get to our destination. Jeri has been a famous windsurfers spot for
20 years or so and is now becoming a popular kite spot too, the wind
here blows hard!. We will stay here for 4 nights making the most of the
area and start the drive back to Cumbuco on the 5th morning.
